Free 10-Day Festival of World Class Art
November 1st to 10th, 2024
Produced by the Arts Center of the Capital Region, Troy Glow 2024 is a dazzling 10-day festival that will light up downtown Troy, November 1st to 10th, 2024. Visitors can experience multiple light art installations in a walkable route through Troy’s historic streets. Visitors can explore on their own or come to our three festival events and join guided tours. Organized around the end of Daylight Savings Time, Troy Glow cheerfully welcomes winter’s darkness and provides a platform for visitors to enjoy beautiful public art and all Troy has to offer!

5 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Participating retail stores will feature music, artists and various activations inside their shop for you to explore and visit.
Free tours of Glow installations will happen every hour on the hour during this event from 5-8pm. Meet at 30 Second St.
