How long have you been in business in Troy?

Broken Mold celebrated their 20 year anniversary on the Victorian Stroll! They will be hosting an anniversary party in January.

What do you sell?

The Broken Mold carries handmade, functional and decorative pottery. They also offer classes as well as gift certificates. Mugs are their most popular item that they sell.

What item are you excited to highlight this holiday season?

The Broken Mold is excited to offer "one-time-try-it" classes in gift certificate form! You get something to take home, but also an experience. Good for adults, or children!

What makes Troy special to you?

"Our sense of community. I could step out my door and shout to one of the other business owners, sort of a can and string effect. Even during the last snowstorm we try to cheer each other up even though we lost business before the holiday season. My peers and I lift each other up."

Why shop small this holiday season?

"It's important to shop small not only this year, but every year. The folks that shop small and handmade help us as business owners live out our dream. They allow us to do what we love and be apart of this community."
