Start your week off with movement, music, and mindfulness through an extended series of free Sunday Morning Yoga sessions, presented by Matri Yoga and made possible by the generous support of CDPHP.
A continuation of Downtown Troy Business Improvement District’s outdoor series, these sessions will be located inside the Troy Saving Bank Music Hall’s Capital Region Music Hub. Accessible yoga and musical activations for participants of all experience levels to move, recharge, and connect with the community.
*All levels welcome! Please bring your own yoga mat, water, + any other essentials!*
