Looking for a good web-based time tracking solution that handles PTO.
Our current system for tracking employee time and managing PTO is incredibly outdated. It's a combination of spreadsheets and handwritten requests, which leads to a lot of errors and a significant amount of administrative work for our HR team. We're really looking for a modern, web-based solution that allows employees to easily clock in and out, track their hours, and importantly, request and manage their paid time off all in one place. Does anyone have recommendations for a system that has made their lives easier in this regard? Accuracy for payroll is key for us.
