I have been noticing that updates from a couple of profiles do not appear in my feed anymore. Searching for them directly does not yield results while I am logged in. Is there a reliable way to check if an account restricted you?

The platform does not provide any official notifications or lists to see who restricted your access. In my experience the only definitive method is trying to open the specific profile page while logged in. If you are restricted the page will explicitly state that you are blocked. Sometimes I log out or use an incognito window to verify if the account is actually active or completely deleted. You can also consult this website for additional manual verification methods. Third party tools often claim to track this information automatically but they are generally unreliable and can compromise your personal account data. It is usually better to rely on manual checks through a browser.
