I’ve purchased clothing from Chico’s several times before because the styles usually felt comfortable and dependable for everyday wear. My most recent order though felt different immediately after opening the package because the fabric quality seemed noticeably thinner than expected. The designs still looked nice overall, but the material did not feel as durable as previous purchases from the brand. One top also started showing loose stitching after only a short period of use. Considering the pricing, I expected better consistency in overall quality and finishing. Returning clothing repeatedly becomes inconvenient, especially when ordering online.
